Dev L'Art Publishing is an open access publisher and we are inviting you to submit your valuable research work in your desired journal. Dev L'Art Publishing's main aim is to publish e-books, full length research articles, review articles, case stories, short communications, thesis papers, and etc.
RED is an independent scientific journal related to military sciences, which provides an opportunity for researchers, university lecturers, PhD students and university students to publish their research results within a short time, primarily in the field of military sciences and related topics. RED only accepts manuscripts that are scientifically based and based on original research results that have not been published before. All studies published in the journal are subject to a double-blind peer review process.
As part of the proofreading procedure, the anonymized manuscript will be sent to at least two independent experts. At the end of the proofreading process, the editors make one of the following decisions:
• If both invited reviewers supported the publication of the manuscript, the editors will accept the manuscript for publication.
• If both invited reviewers recommend revising the manuscript, the editors will ask the author to revise the manuscript, which will then be sent to a third reviewer for proofreading.
• If both invited reviewers recommend rejecting the manuscript, the editors reject the manuscript.
• If the invited reviewers express a different opinion, the editors either decide to accept the manuscript within their own authority, or ask a third reviewer to proofread the manuscript.
The Editor-in-Chief and the Editor-in-Chief are jointly responsible for ensuring the professional quality of the journal, as well as for organizing the editorial workflow and coordinating the work of the editors.
The Editorial Board is a scientific body made up of international experts whose task is to determine the professional directions and scientific objectives of the journal.
The Editors are obliged to support the Editor-in-Chief in the organization and implementation of the editorial work processes and especially the proofreading procedures.
The Editorial Secretary is responsible for maintaining contact with authors, reviewers and the Publisher. The reviewers invited in the proofreading procedure are obliged to treat the manuscripts sent to them confidentially, they can only be used in connection with the proofreading procedure.
The invited reviewers are obliged to prepare their proofreading opinion objectively and in a manner consistent with general professional expectations, and they are also obliged to report to the editors any ethically objectionable authorial behavior that comes to their attention. In order to ensure the independence of the proofreading process, the invited reviewers are obliged to draw the editor's attention to any possible conflicts of interest.
The authors are obliged to prepare their manuscripts submitted for publication in accordance with the editorial rules of the journal, and are obliged to declare that the work they submit for publication is their own intellectual creation, based on their own original research and has not been previously published elsewhere or accepted for publication elsewhere. In the case of a joint work, the contact author must declare that all authors have given their consent to submit the manuscript for publication.
Copyright notice
By submitting the manuscript, the authors give their consent for the journal to obtain the right of first publication of the communication. The authors are entitled to enter into a usage contract with third parties, based on which they cannot, however, grant exclusive usage rights in relation to their communications already published in the journal. For subsequent publication of the announcement, it is always necessary to request the prior consent of the journal's editors.
